Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Scandiwine. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Scandiwine product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@scandiwine.store and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Boxes that have been engraved will not be subject to returns unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
